A continuation of the kitchen lies a utility room with extra storage and a washing machine, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Retreat to the stunning dual aspect sitting room to relax with your loved ones, surrounded by exposed beams, exposed stone walls, exposed brickwork from another bread oven and original flagstone flooring, where you can watch your favorite TV show on the Smart TV, as the wood burning stove creates a warming ambience in the entire room.
